PSM250卡片式包裝機(jī)(液體灌裝機(jī))

性能及特點(diǎn)
1.采用PLC控制，無極變頻調(diào)速
2.放卷、壓痕、預(yù)熱、成型、灌裝、封合、沖切
3.雙面印刷光電圖案對(duì)版功能，產(chǎn)品美觀
4.采用蠕動(dòng)泵或活塞泵控制裝量，精度準(zhǔn)確，還有防滴漏功能。
5.接觸部位采用316L不銹鋼，機(jī)器外罩采用SUS304不銹鋼，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6.卡片式包裝機(jī)產(chǎn)品使用方便，產(chǎn)品對(duì)折卡片即可斷裂開口，擠壓卡片物料就會(huì)擠出十分方便，殘留少，不易造成浪費(fèi)。

2)Unwinding, embossing, preheating, forming, filling, sealing and punching.
3)Double side eye mark tracking function for high grade of products.
4)Peristaltic pump or piston pump for accurate filling volume control and leakage prevention.
5)Parts contacting the material are made of SUS316L and the machine cover made of SUS304, which is GMP compliant.
6)It’s convenient to use the card-type products of this machine. Fold the products and they will break. Then squeeze them and the material can be squeezed out conveniently with less residue and waste.
